A summary of my work at Mayo Clinic in establishing their Center for Innovation (CFI), a 50+ multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovation in healthcare delivery that completed 100+ projects its first 3 years, including redesign of clinical exam room and “stroke robots” for remote patient consultation.

The work also included defining their innovation processes from early stage opportunity space identification to implementation, and developing their telemedicine and wellness strategies as pillars that launched at the opening of the CFI.
